As a new addition to Les Mills family, I wanted something that says "Les Mills" on it. This shirt is 100% cotton, and the material is thick- not the best for exercising. The color and design look cool though. I think they run a little bit small/fitted and the fit is straight, so if you're on the curvy side, order a size up. I was glad I went with M. I might end up "doctoring" this shirt to make it fit me in a more flattering way and for some ventilation.
