RETURNS POLICY
Les Mills Clothing Ltd (‘Les Mills”) is dedicated to providing you with quality products and services. We hope you will love what you have purchased from us but if for some reason you are not happy, we will accept returns on the following basis:
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)
If a product is in any way damaged or defective, you must notify us at clothing@lesmills.com within 7 days of receipt.
You will be advised to send the unworn goods back with all the original packaging and hang tags. You must fill out and include the Returns Slip which you will receive with your original order. If we don't receive the Returns Slip, we may not be able to process your return as this has all the information relating to your order on it.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN GOODS TO THE LES MILLS DISTRIBUTOR OR AGENT IN YOUR COUNTRY. They will not be able to process returns or refunds. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes you.
Upon receipt of the returned goods at Oriental Logistics, we will exchange the defective or damaged goods if the product is in stock. Where an exchange is not available, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the returned goods. We will also provide a full refund for the postage charges you incur in sending the product back to Oriental Logistics in Hong Kong. The refund will be made within 30 days in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase.
Please note: Les Mills will not refund any postage costs incurred by a customer to return an item unless that item is damaged or defective. If the returned item is not damaged or defective, all postage costs incurred to return the goods are to be paid for by the customer.
OTHER REASONS FOR RETURNS
Les Mills Clothing Ltd will accept returns for any other reason other than defective or damaged goods. If for any reason you wish to return a product please post back to:

Goods must be unworn and in the original packaging. You must include the Returns Slip stating the reason for the return.
Upon receipt of the return to Oriental Logistics, we will exchange the item you wish to return with the item you wish to replace it with, provided the replacement item is in stock. Where it is not available, we will issue a full refund for the value of the returned goods.
Requests for an exchange will result in a refund of the original item and a separate credit card transaction will be processed for the exchanged item.
Please note: Les Mills Clothing Ltd will not issue a refund for postage on items you wish to return unless the item is damaged or defective. All postage costs incurred to return the goods are to be paid for by the customer.
7 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD (EU CUSTOMERS ONLY)
In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations if you are an EU customer, you have 7 working days to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customized products) without giving any reason and without penalty, other than the cost of returning your cancelled goods. In this case Les Mills will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price of the cancelled goods but you must return the cancelled goods to us at:
